I truly believe that yoga has the power to transform the person practicing, and to make the world a better place. Because of this, my philosophy is simple: No matter who you are or where you come from, yoga is for you.
Practice, practice, practice. Both on and off the mat.
I also believe that through self-compassion and self-healing, your best life is attainable.

It is a grounding, connected, traditional style of class.
It's a promise to you that each class will be themed in a way that is nourishing and self-healing.
In class, we show compassion toward others, the environment, all living beings, and ourselves.

Yoga Care for Caregivers© is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting caregivers on their wellness journeys. Through monthly meetings and free resources, our mission is to create a safe space to share and heal, for those whose lives have been impacted by caring for others.

As a creative, I specialize in guided meditations that help you to tap in to your intuition using sensory details. Meditation sessions can be themed for specific intentions, or created more generally for overall well-being and stress reduction.
